Default Tummy Tuck and Breast PS?

I was wondering if during a normal TT do they also remove the extra skin from you love handle's, back, and bra area? Or is that a separate surgery?

Did most of you women have a significant size reduction after you WLS? This is what my husband is most concerned with. lol...Men!

Yes, these are different surgeries.

And if you look around, you'll see tons of posts where we women whine about the loss of the girls. It is a fact that our boobs are fatty tissue (and how weird it is that <many> men like that part of our bodies to be fatty but nothing else.)

I'll take saggy skin and pancake boobies over diabetes and the resultant blindness from it... high blood pressure, high cholesterol and the certain knee replacement surgery I was headed for before my surgery, though.

You know, when I look at myself without clothes on, my boobs look so flat and saggy. But I've only gone down in bra size a little. Like, I went from a 44 DDD to a 40 D. Although I think the 44 DDD was probably really too small and I just wasn't admitting it and buying a bigger bra. But still, I cannot believe I have lost over 100 pounds and am still wearing a 40 D. They sure don't look that big to me when I have the bra off. But I just bought some new bras and I tried on a C cup and they were squishing out the sides. It was too small.

I went from a 44DD to a 36C. I can't believe I'm in a C cup...and I have to roll them up to get them in there! Plus, my C cup is padded! So I look cute when I'm in a bra, but I look like I'm wearing tube socks with tennis balls in the bottom if I'm not
