Yep, any excess gas can really show after a tummy tuck. Sometimes I can get so bloated with gas that I look like I'm 6 months pregnant!!  But once you clear your intestines of gas  that nice flat tummy is there again.
You look fantastic so don't be afraid to show off all your hard work!!
