Default Going in on the 25th

Not August 25th, but September 25th... that's when I'm having my surgery and it will also be my 7 month T/T anniversary too.

My two year RNY surgiversary was August 2nd - can't believe it's been two years already... time flies...

In Sept. I'm going to have my circumferential lift done (around the sides and back). My PS has scheduled the hospital time for both that operation and a thigh lift... however he says he's far more 'confident' in the office and will be overly cautious in the OR and probably just do the circumferential.

He is very skilled but doesn't want any chance of mortality and would rather do it in stages so if he even has the slightest inkling that it would be better to wait, he's just doing the one surgery and waiting on the thigh lift.

I'm very excited. I can't wait to get the sides and back lifted so that my sagging butt skin will look lots better too.

I find I am getting vainer and vainer.. but, I'm okay with that...

Hugs,
Kimberly

Default Excited for you!

I'm so happy for you. What a blessing to be able to have most of your PS done in the same year. I'm still saving for more things I want done. I don't think that we are vain. We've worked really hard for our new bodies and improved health, and want to look our best. There's nothing wrong with that. I'm just about 8 months out from my tummy tuck, and finally happy with results. What about you? I would love to have my sides and back done. Next on the list for me is lift with implants. Maybe after I can start saving for lower body lift. I'm so happy for you. Keep up the good work and speedy recovery on your upcoming procedure.

Default How exciting!

Good luck to you. I'm scheduled for my tummy tuck on August 27th and I'm already planning on what I need to save for next. I don't think it's vanity at all. We have worked hard to shed the weight and now we just need to repair the damage that we did to our bodies.
