It's all different here
Hi Shelley,
It's all different here in Canada for insurance so I'm afraid I can't help you out with that...
I had a T/T and a breast reduction which resulted in a lift because I really had gained skin but not lost a heck of a lot of volume. The reduction was covered by provincial insurance so that was great and I ended up a C cup. I may, at some point in the future, go with some kind of implant because although I'm nice and lifted now it seems I have very little cleavage and you'd think with a C cup you'd get some of that!!
I would also recommend whatever you do, do it in stages... the T/T and the B/R B/L together were fine but don't go for a huge amount of surgery at one time... my PS said if I wanted it all done at once he'd find someone who'd do it but he wouldn't. He also said many PS's want to do it all at once so they don't lose you as a patient and they get the fees for all your OPs at once... not very healthy of an approach if you ask me.. but that's what he thought.
Hope all goes well with your insurance approval. I'm going in for a circumferential lift and thigh lift end of Sept... if he thinks I can do both.. if not, just the circumferential and thigh lift later.
Hugs,
Kimberly
