Unhappy My oh My Thighs..... :O(

What have you done for your thighs lately? DOES ANYTHING WORK? I can live with the little skin that I have on my belly, heck if it were not for my thighs I'd be wearing a bikini. I just can not believe the amount of pockets on my thighs.... Can anyone explain this to me? I am so embarrassed about it I do not ever want to wear shorts again. How in the world is this possible? I went from 240 (was over 200 maybe 3 years total) and back down to 143 now. I just never remembered having this when I was younger (I am 28 now). Is there anything that can work to get rid of this. Will it go away with more exercise? I have been running everyday and notice a huge difference in my tummy but nothing in the thigh area. I also do weight training and work out 5 days a week.

Worst part is that I am having to spend 4 days in a swimming suit at a big local resort in front of my in-laws. I am so not looking forward to this. But have another month before then.

Just wanted to vent and get some opinions on this. I am thrilled with my success thus far but so sad to think I will never want to get in a swimming suit again.....

My thighs were really flabby I thought they would stay that way. However after almost a year of constant excercise they are fine. still a little flab but no where near where they was.

My thighs are lousy too. I did weights 5 times a week & 4 hours of tennis a week with several half hour bike rides too for over a year. The only person to tell the difference was my masseuse...she could feel the muscle tone. The skin won't retract no matter how much exercise you do. Unless you're very young & didn't gain then lose a big amount of weight, surgery is the only option, I believe. Even then, I've had a thigh/lower body lift, & I'm STILL flabby. When I stop running, my thighs keep jiggling for a couple of seconds. Do this....get naked & get into a push up position. Look at your skin on your thighs, tummy & breasts. Does it hang quite a bit? Can you grab handfuls of it & lift it up several inches? I feel your pain. I won't wear shorts any higher than just above my knees. I have pics of me on my blog Google if you're interested. I wear long boardshorts over my bathers. I'm going to try several surgeons to see if they'll lipo as much fat as possible, then tighten the skin again. I've been thru so much already, but my life is effected negatively by my thighs. I'm a fit 41 y.o. yet my legs look like and 80 y.o. Best of luck. :-(
