Default Mini arm tuck

Has anyone had the arm tuck where they only make an incision in your armpit, instead of down the inside of your arm? It's called a number of different things, but I think "Mini arm tuck" is the most popular. I know you can only have it done if the excess skin is around the armpit area, if the full upper arm has excess skin they won't do it. I think I would definitely like to consider this when my time comes for plastics. I am looking for anyone to share their experience if they've had it done.
