They wont do it if they do not feel the obligation. That is your job to make them feel like they have no choice. my mother was born with a cleft lip and palette. she tried to get a nose job because she could not breathe through her nose after the 30 surgeries she had from birth. the insurance denied it saying it is not medically nessecary to breathe through your nose when you can breathe through your mouth. she did not know what to do, but she found a awesome doctor who wrote everything so perfect requesting they approve the surgery or else lol and they finally did after 3 years
