Default 7 Months Post Op Plastics Pics

I'm now just getting used to my newly remodeled body. I'm 2 years post op gastric bypass and 7 months post op plastics. I lost 120 pounds and after that we all know what happens to the body. I figured on needing some work done to bring my 31 year old body back to its "youthful" look. But wow did I undergo some major surgery as far as body-work is concerned. I wanted to share what I had done and maybe open up to anyone who may have questions concerning this. Here's what I had done...
Beltectomy (they cut my 360 degrees around and removed 4 pounds of skin). I had drains, staples and stitches in my abdomen. As far as my breasts… I had a lollipop breast lift and an implant. This was about an 8 hour surgery and I was in a recovery center for 2 days and off work for another 2 weeks. All this happened in December 2007. I then went back in March for some lipo body contouring around the abdomen where the beltectomy was done. This was just to smooth a few poochy areas. I still have several large numb spots around my abs and back which is pretty common. I'm very happy with my results, but I don't feel comfortable posting my almost naked (paper-panty) pics from the surgeon, but I will share some of me in a bikini. IT's the first one I've ever owned...!!! Pardon the cornyness of the one.

Default Beautiful!

And inspiring Some day, within the next five years, I want to make it happen, to finish the process, and get the skin off and let those tight abs i've worked on SHOW
Question, how'd you do with nipple sensation after? Did it all come back or did you lose it? That's my biggest downer about boobie surgery-no sensation in nipples Couldn't take that...

You look great. I had a full body lift and they removed 13 pounds of skin from me. I never took pics, but I should have. Maybe I can get some from my doc.

Wow girl! I had no idea. That's freakin incredible. I never really understood what even the 4 pounds felt like that I had cut off untill I went to the grocery store to get flour one day. I picked up the package and was thought back on those 4 pounds. I can't imagine 13!

Nope, no loss. Actually more sensative than before. But your Dr. will tell you that with all surgery there is risk. When they cut that deep into you in the lift around the nipple area, there is risk of sensativity. There's no guarentee. I know that with my belt surgery, the numbness is not as bad as it was the first few months. It amy take time for my body to regenerate the nerves and reconnect.

I know it's crazy how much they took. I didn't know I had THAT much. I knew it was a lot. I carried most of my weight in my gut, so I guess that's why it was so much. It's great to have a flat tummy though. I've never had one so I would do it all again in a min.
