Default Canadian plastic surgery

Just wondered if anyone knew anything about plastics in Canada? Anyone you'd recommend in Ontario? Also, with provincial health insurance, how does this work exactly. I was quoted a price for a TT from a surgeon of 8,500. They said OHIP would cover only removal of the Panni but not a T/T, but I was sure previously I'd seen someone on here who'd had a T/T covered. I was wondering, if they cover the removal of the panni but not the T/T, part of a T/T is also removal of the panni so... if OHIP covered part of it.. would I pay the remainder? Anyone who's had anything done in Ontario - I'd greatly appreciate knowing your experience.

I think I need loose skin removed from several areas because it is just so uncomfortable with the rubbing of skin, etc. Am I going to have to pay for this myself? If so, I just need to know so I can start planning. Any info. would be helpful. Thanks!

Also, for anyone in the US... how much was your TT (even if covered by insurance, do you know the total cost)? I was just wondering if there was a cost difference depending on where I got this done.... it will be at least 4 1/2 or 5 1/2 months before I'd consider this surgery at this point.

Hugs,
Kimberly
