Surgeons in La Mesa Area?
Hi,
So I am doing research on two plastic surgeons from La Mesa. I was wondering if any of you have heard of these two surgeons: Charles J. Sarosy and Carl A. Powell. They claim to be board certified but I went to the website to search for them and nothing  . Any help or info is greatly appreciated. Thanks!
