I had issues with blood after surgery and stayed in the hospital for a week. If I didn't have those issues, I am sure I could have managed at home on day 2. I got up 3 hours after surgery and started walking...it wasn't till that night that I started to have issues.

If you are going home that day, make sure you have someone who knows what signs to look for (of issues)...you may not be with it enough to see them!

I had a TT and breat lift in Dec and was in the hospital for 7 days, for 3 days I couldn't even roll over in bed by myself the abd pain was soooo bad. The suture areas were no problem, the abdo muscles hurt like hell! I also lost a lot of blood and received 3 units of blood, so OP after 6 hrs of surgery-no way! Good luck to you!
