Default How?? :(

Hello all! I'm almost ten years out and have been through having babies and all that jazz...yep, stabilized (however gained back about 50# through it all) and looking in the mirror thinking, "EWWWW"

So now what? I was married at the time of surgery and had Tri-Care Prime. Those records are probably stashed somewhere out of sight and I'm wanting to get either mid-body lift or TT...something better than nothing. Obviously my worst area is the lower tummy skin. My arms are floppy but I can deal with them MUCH better than this sagging spare tire.

Do I have issues? Well, besides having chronic aching back, slight slipped disk in my neck and some light arthritis...nope. Ok so yes, I still have dumping syndrome if I overdo anything and some residual pains that come and go to the left upper quadrant of my surgery scar. *it was RNY* And the gas...geez, I put my fiance at odds sometimes!

Anyhow, anyone have suggestions, ideas or thoughts of what now? I'm currently out of work with no insurance (I'm a keeper I tell ya!) and not sure where to go for help.

Thanks!!
Niamh

Niamh,

What about doing the 5 day pouch test: Surgical Weight Loss 5 Day Pouch Test

I know that some have found it beneficial on getting back on track.
