Don't go hide They are those white cake thingys that are shaped a little like a bowl-now that they have a "sugar free" version, I'm off to the store.

Default Even more good news...

I also see in the coupon section that Cool Whip has now put out a Sugar Free Cool Whip. No recommendations, have no idea what the sugar alcohols are in it, so use at your own risk. But it makes this recipe much easier to put together...

I saw that too. I haven't actually seen it yet either but will be interested to find out the sugar content also.

I use the sugar free Cool Whip all the time. I put it on SF pudding and SF jello. It has 20 calories for 2 tbsps., 1 gram of sat fat, 3 carbs and no sugar or sugar alcohols. It has aspartame in it. It is hard to find I think because it is so popular now. I always buy 2-3 tubs if I can find it and keep it frozen.
