Lightbulb recipies for soups

hello everyone,
I just wanted to let you all know that earlier this year I purchased a cookbook for gastric bypass patients by a woman named Victoria Bowen, who had wls her self. So far everything I have tried has been great. I will work on scanning some recipies in to my computer and posting them for you all; maybe once a week. Starting with Tracie's request for soups....

Hope everyone is doing well in there part of the journey....

Crystal

Default Recipies for Gastric Bypass Patients

You can order the cookbook I got at www.angelfire.com/ok5/vbowencookbook/
It was definately a great investment for me and my family. The recipies include main dishes: chicken, beef, pork, Soups, breakfasts, desserts and a lot of misc stuff. I thought it was a good way to get some variety in my diet!
Hugs,
Crystal
