Crunchy Chicken-Apple Pita
I haven't tried this yet but it sure sounds good! I thought I would share it.
Crunchy Chicken-Apple Pita
2 servings
1 pkg (6 oz) Oven Roasted Chicken Breast Cuts (Oscar Mayer)
1/2 of a medium apple, chopped
2 Tbsp chopped celery
2 Tbsp Light Mayonnaise
1 Tbsp sugar-free apricot preserves
1/2 tsp of curry powder (optional)
1 whole-wheat pita bread, cut in half
Mix all ingredients except pita bread until well blended; cover.
Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
Fill pita bread halves evenly with the chicken salad.

1.5g saturated fat
65mg cholesterol
1060 sodium
28g carbohydrate
3g dietary fiber
6 g sugars
25g protein
I think I may try this sometime this week. I'm all ready drooling as I'm writing this.
