Default I am trying this jerky recipe

The meat is soaking in this as I write and I will do the dehydrator tomorrow.

2 lbs of flank steak --- cut thin
2/3 soy sauce
2/3 cup worchesterchire sauce
1 tsp. Onion powder
1 tsp. Garlic powder
2 tsp. of seasoning salt -- Lawry's is recommended

Soak over night or longer then use a dehydrator or place individual peices on a meat rack in oven at 140- 160 degrees for seven to 10 hours. Leave oven door slightly ajar.

Hope it turns out well I will let you know!

Definitely let me know, I am thinking about buying a dehydrator to replace my bread machine.

Well it is done and it is YUMMY!!!!!!!!!! I can't keep my niece and nephew out of it! I think the flavor is just right, you can add some red pepper or hot sauce if you like your jerky hot.
