Default Yummy jello salad

SF lime jello
NF cottage cheese
crushed pineapple in its own juice(no sugar added)
walnuts-chopped

Drain pineapple and press dry. Retain juice if you like.

Make jello according to directions using pineapple juice for part of the water, if you like. Pour jello and cott cheese into blender. Blend together-if you like some of the lumpiness of cott. ch, leave some of the lumps, or blend smooth. Stir in pineapple and walnuts. Chill until set. *****Could add protein powder if you like*********

That sounds really good! I am going to try it. I have no cottage cheese in the house but I do have ricotta.
