Ham for the Holidays

25 grams protein
5 fat
1 low sodium, lean ham steak
1/2 cup water
3 Tbsp prepared mustard
3 Tbsp splenda
1/4 cup black strap molasses or Diet Dr. Pepper if you have an angry pouch
~ spray pan with non-stick cooking spray
~ fry ham over medium heat until both sides are golden brown
~ Remove from pan and set aside on a platter, and keep warm
~ pour water into skillet and stir it around, scraping brown bits from ham
~ stir in mustard, Splenda, molasses, and salt N pepper to taste
~ pour over ham and serve
