Thumbs up Super yummy Crab Stuffed Mushrooms

42 cal
6 protein
1 carb
2 fat

1/2 lb fresh mushrooms
1 can 6 oz drained crab meat (you can also use tuna, chicken, salmon)
1/2 shredded smoked Gouda cheese
2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
3 tbsp FF mayo ( you can use reg, ff, or LF your choice)
1 scallion, finely minced

~ pre heat 350
~ wipe mushrooms clean and take steams off
~ Combine all ingredients
~ put small amount of mixture into bottom of the mushroom (1 tsp or so)
~ add small amount of water to cover bottom of pan
~ bake 15 min and serve hot

Makes 15 mushrooms
serving size 1 mushroom

These are so yummy I have been making them for years and I think they would be great for post-ops. I usually bring them to parties. (perfect for the upcoming holidays) I make them the night before and pop them in the oven when I get to the party. They are always a hit!

For the gouda cheese, is it a 1/2 a cup? Dang - I am going to the store this afternoon, and just jotted down the ingredients for these that I ammissing at home - how yummy!!!

I am glad you guys liked it. I made them for easter too. They are always a hit. I have to double the recipe when I make them. Yes it is a half a cup. I get a package of it and just use half for a single recipe.
