Default Crock pot Chicken

Ok this is similar to the other recipe that I saw on here, but this one is my own... or one that my sister came up with to get her youngens to eat chicken

Four Chicken breasts boneless, skinless

2 cans cream of chicken soup

1pkg of cream cheese

1 packet of good seasons italian salad dressing

I usually put 1/2 pkg of the italian seasoning in it cuz it's kinda salty.. and I will make it with one can of cream of chicken, and cream of mushroom for a change.

It's delicious! Suzy

Hi I am just curious where your sister got this recipe. I got it out of our church cookbook of family recipes about 8 years ago. It's the same name and same ingredients with 2 cans being an option. Its funny how things get around.

It is my most favorite chicken recipe ever and anyone who doesn't try it and doesn't love it I will be suprised. I always serve it with rice, corn and rolls. I make extra sauce to pour over rice and to dip rolls in. And its great as leftovers to. Tina

Suzy,
Thank you for posting this! I will have to try it. Adding the cream cheese sounds like it would be good, so I bought some at the grocery store last night and I will try it next week. Cool!

In maintenance... now I'm yo-yoing up and down 10 lbs or so. I'm trying to find out how to stay at a set weight, it's rough.

HA HA, Yes it is, that is too funny. I don't make funeral potatoes but they are the best. I have given this recipe to so many people, but it was funny to see it on here. You can tell your sister someone in Az loves that recipe to. Tina

Holly, it's soft food, but you can only eat about 2-3 bites early out Make some for the family and nibble.

That sounds really good. I have to ask-What in the heck are "funeral potatoes"? I make texas potatoes for the holidays but I have never heard of a funeral potatoe.
