Crock pot chicken 'n' veggies
I made this for dinner the other night and the chicken came out soooooo tender, it was really good.
Ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless Chicken breasts
1 can cream of chicken soup, plus 1 can water
2 carrots, cut up
2 celery sticks, cut up
1/2 onion, chopped
Salt, pepper, rosemary, or any spices you like on chicken
Dump the chicken and veggies in the crock pot and cover with the soup. Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours. I made mashed potatoes to go with this dish, and it turned out yummy!

In maintenance... now I'm yo-yoing up and down 10 lbs or so. I'm trying to find out how to stay at a set weight, it's rough.

I love cooking in the crock pot too. I cook in it at least 3 times per week. I make beans in it once a week that I can eat off of for a few days, and I make brisket, roast, or pork roast in there. And chicken too of course.
Another thing I like to do is to stick an entire roasting chicken in the crock pot, its really good. I put a whole chicken in there and dump a seasoning packet or a mix of different seasonings on it and let it cook on low for 8 to 10 hours. It comes out really tender and just falls off the bone. And it creates a lot of its own juices in the bottom. Yummy.

Meyosha, when I made it I used 2 regular cans but there was too much of the soup leftover and it looked more like soup with huge pieces of chicken in it. lol So I would say one regular can, but maybe a family-sized one would be perfect too.
