Default new post op's cream soup

I remember early weks having no tasty foods allowed, so here is one I have been meaning to post. ENJOY!

Potaoe Leek soup

Saute leeks and fresh spinach in small amount of olive oil,
after veggies are tender, add about 1 cup of water and "Better than Boullion" chicken flavor.

Put the mixture into the blender and puree, add 2 or 3 ounces of light cream cheese into blender then add 1 can of drained white new potaoes, then, add 1 more cup of hot water or untill desired consistency is acheived.

Pour into serving bowl, serve your self 2 ounces and enjoy!!!

This makes about 4-6 normal servings.

That sounds really delish! I'll have to try it. Even though I am 11 weeks out and eat anything.

It is really yum for any one, but I wanted newbies to have a special tasty treat.

My kids always ask for it when they are feeling sick.
