Talking Quick Chicken dish
I love this recipe. I have all the ingredients on hand so it is great to just throw together.

1 pound chicken breast trimmed of fat and skin and cut into bite size pieces
1 jar of salsa
3/4 c chedder or jack cheese
spray pam
low fat sour cream

Cook chicken in pan and drain, add jar of sasla simmer for ten minutes. Add cheese stir untill melted. Serve with low fat sour cream. For my family I make wraps or I serve it over Spanish yellow rice.
