Default cheesecake made with splenda

I wanted to make something for the holidays that I could have. I really want to make something with pumpkin in it so if anybody has a good pumpkin pie, cake, bread recipe (Peck where are you?) please let me know. Anyway, I thought this one sounded good.

Creamy Cheesecake

makes 16 servings, prep 20 min, bake time 1 hour

Crust:
1 1/4 cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
1/4 cup Spelenda granular (they sell big bags at Wal-mart for $6.87=5lbs of sugar)
3 Tbsp. Butter or margarine, melted
Mix ingredients together, and press into a 10" spring form pan

Filling:
1 lb. regular cream cheese
1 lb. fat free cream cheese
1 1/4 cups Splenda Granular
1 1/2 Tbsp. Lime Juice
Pinch of salt
4 large eggs

Preheat oven to 350
Beat cream cheese and Splenda until well mixed and smooth. Add lime juice and a pinch of salt, beat until smooth. Add eggs 1 at a time, beating well after each addition.
Pour filling over crust and bake 50-60 minutes or until slightly firm to the touch. Let cool 15 to 20 minutes before placing in the refrigerator. Refrigerate 4-6 hours before serving.
Total calories 200 Calories from fat 130 Sugars 3g Protein 8 g carbs 11g

I know it's kind of up there in calories and fat, but as an occasional or holiday option, I know it has to be better than the real deal.

Default You got it!

*L* Oddly enough I started a search on low-cal pies yesterday. Thanksgiving and Christmas just wouldn't be special unless my loved ones had some sort of home made goodies. I'll post what I found and hopefully between us all we can come up with something that taste good without expanding our waistlines.
