Jello & Cool Whip Dessert (QUICK & EASY)
Submitted by: MARIA0454

I searched our Recipe Bank and found similar recipes but nothing like this one. This is a quick dessert that I became aware through the Atkins Diet years ago. I always have a small container of Cool Whip Lite in my freezer and a small box of Jello (all flavors) for unexpected visitors or when I need something sweet. (quik)

35 Minutes to Prepare and Cook

Ingredients
1 small container (8 oz) Cool Whip Lite

1/2 small box Sugar Free Jello - any flavor

Handful of raspberries, blueberries, or any kind of fruit you have to top off the dessert.

Note:
You can use 1 large container of Cool Whip Lite and 1 whole small box of Jello.

Directions
Defrost 1 small Cool Whip Lite
Sprinkle 1/2 Jello pack into Cool Whip
Mix well.

Place mixture in freezer to firm up (30 min)
Serve in small cups or bowls (2 heaping Tbs), garnish with favorite fruit or be creative.

Optional: You can put fresh fruit in the mixture or on top.
