You look great.

I finally got my husband signed up last night while they were trying to sell my friend from church.
Oh that's good. Hopefully you will join Angela and I next Tuesday for Yoga. Honestly I feel GREAT today. My body feels relaxed and calm. I didn't think that it would do anything, but I think it did. Angela fills the same way. I will be going again for sure!

I will try and remember. I will go and put in my calendar. it sounds like fun. I went tonight and walked for awhile it was fun. But i'm not feeling too hot today. I had a rhemotiod Arthritis infusion today which gives me a fever and makes me feel kind of yucky the first day then and good to go for 6 weeks.

no you didn't. My son was put back in the behavioral hospital because he was unsafe again, and we couldn't take any chances, and I have a house guest, so I haven't been able to post.

I don't get offened easy, and I get over it fast. You are a doll, and whatever we can do to help each other is what it is all about. I did look back and don't see you taking too much protein, so I don't know what I am talking about. Every one is different, and as I have said before, I have been around long enough to know that if ya work the program everyone skids in about the same, at or near goal at the end of the year. I just get so scared for some of yall here, because when the honeymoon is over, it is over.

Love you.

I like the Nectar (syn trax brand) fuzzy navel flavor. It has 23g protein in one scoop and I add it to 6 oz cold water. Its hard to describe, kind of a tangy peachy orange flavor and I am not an orange juice drinker at all. Its been a nice change from choclate. They also have strawberry kiwi, apple ecstacy, very cherry berry and carribbean cooler. I have only tried fuzzy navel and strawberry kiwi I like the fuzzy navel better but the straw-kiwi is alright. I am going to try and use them to make jello. Their website address is www.SIO3.com and # is 866-333-7403. Hope that helps Tina
