Default Salmon Patties

okay, I know that there are sometimes a lot of post asking about different way's to get in your protein. Well I have found that canned salmon is a wonderful and very tasty way. Here is what I do,

1 can of Salmon, put in a bowl with the juice. ( take out the little bones if you wish ) I do because they bug me.

about 3 or 4 celery stalks depending on the size, I usually use the heart of the celery. diced up

1 small onion diced up

2 eggs beat up

1 piece of bread soaked in no fat milk. break the bread up

I sautee the onion and celery, and let it cool a bit, then I add it to the salmon that I have broke into pieces in the bowl, add he 2 eggs and ghe bread with the milk, mix all this together, you can add salt and pepper to taste. Then I sautee them in a skillet with a little and I mean very little olive oil, I usually spray the pan with First and then put in a little olive oil. Cook them on medium heat. They are fantastic and are full of protein. Now one more thing if you find them to be a little to moist you can add some bread crumbs or a little flour, but try not to do that, because you don't want the added carbs, also you can drain off some of the juice from the salmon, and that will help. I hope you all like them

Well I hope you try these, because they really are good, my whole family really loves them. And I really haven't had a problem with them making the house smell bad. Let me know if you make them.
