I have the same thing happening here.... pears and peaches are just falling on the ground because there are sooo many.
You may want to check a site I use every so often, Group Recipies ~ anyone can post and then people rate them, may be good to get some ideas?
I'll let you know if I find anything, I don't want to waste all this fruit either and it always makes a nice gift basket kind of thing to give away!

If I loved closer to you I would help you with your peach problem.  I LOVE peaches. They were on sale at Vons for $.49 a pound. NOW that's cheap!!
Sorry don't have any recipies but mango perserve sounds pretty yummy!

Ok Val, I will have to take some of that fruit off your hands.  I wish I had a fruit tree in my yard. I would sure eat more of it.
