Default how do i make protein shakes

i want to know if there are recipes for protein shakes that do not include protein powder in them... please help

Not that I know of...I mean you could make a smoothie with greek yogurt and milk and flavoring but you need the protein powder to boost the grams of protein. Have you triend the sugar-free coffee syrups in your shakes yet? Thats what has made them tolerable for me. Why are you trying to make em without? Cant stomach the powder?

just curious if someone makes them without the powder. i have not tried them yet. do not know it i can tolerate them.... that all just curious as i said.... thank you

I make them with plain yogurt and soft tofu ... then add frozen berries or a banana and ice with a few drops of vanilla or honey with a splash of milk.

I can't tolerate the protein powder too often either. That I have to mix with nesquik and milk

There are so many different protein powders, I'm pretty sure you can find at least one you can tolerate. You can buy samples of different protein powders at vitalady.com. Just be aware, though, that your tastes may change after surgery, so what you like now, you may not like then.
