1 1/2cups chopped cooked seafood, such as crabmeat, shrimp or lobster1/2cup mayonnaise or salad dressing1/4teaspoon salt1/4teaspoon pepper1medium celery stalk, chopped (1/2 cup)1small onion, chopped (1/4 cup)4hot dog buns, split
1.Mix all ingredients except buns.
2.Fill buns with seafood mixture.
Tuna Salad Filling: Substitute 1 can (9 ounces) tuna, drained, for the seafood. Stir in 1 teaspoon lemon juice.
