Ingredients:
1-1/2 cups boiling water
1 pkg. (6 oz.) JELL-O Strawberry Flavor Sugar Free Gelatin
1 cup ice cubes
4 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
1 HONEY MAID Honey Graham, crushed

Preparation:
Add boiling water to gelatin mix in large bowl; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. Add ice; stir until completely melted. Refrigerate 30 min. or until slightly thickened (consistency of unbeaten egg whites).

Stir in berries. Pour into 9-inch pie plate sprayed with cooking spray. Sprinkle graham crumbs around edge of pie.

Refrigerate

Simple, but sounds pretty good... a dab of sugar free cool whip on top would be nice too.

Default Strawberry Pie

I have made a similar pie but mine had strawberry yogurt added to it. After the jello starts to set, whip the yogurt into the jello. Cook Whip also can be
added. These additions make it more of a cream pie & I only use 1 cup of berries.

I made this yesterday morning before Ileft for work, I varied a little I used 1 Quart of strawberries, and whipped in 1 individual container of Carb Masters Vanilla Yogurt into it. Well............ when i got home and opened the fridge, there was only one lil slice left. My husband had ate the whole pie. He said He started off with a lil slice and just kept going back thru out the day and before he knew it..........It was almost all gone...LOL. The lil piece I got of it, was delicious.
