Raspberry Protein Shake

This is what I made today for something a little different from usual protein shakes.

One cup skim milk
One packet sugar free vanilla instant breakfast
One packet raspberry crystal lite on the go
One scoop vanilla protein powder
three ice cubes

All blended up in the blender.
