Default Favorite Recipes

I know there are TONS of good recipes posted on here, but I wasn't sure if you all had some favorites that you have not posted. I'm always up for making new things, and would LOVE to know your favorites! :0P

Default must be a pretty day-

Katie,

Its really hard to believe that no one posted any favorites. I have a question-Are you talking "early" stage favorite, shake favorite or like a bypass friendly old-timer's recipe? I have tried my best to "not" cook lately, but have no problem sharing.
Let me pull one together and I'll post it in a few.

BTW-you are doing fantastic with your weightloss..

Amy

Thanks dear! I know, I couldn't believe it either. Not really shakes, but "normal food".

I made a brisket in the crockpot the other night and it was so moist I had no problems eating it. It melted in my mouth.

I cut up one good sized onion into rings and put in the bottom of the crockpot. Sprinkled 4 minced up cloves of garlic on top of that. Laid the brisket in. Squirted a couple good squirts of A-1 steak sauce on top of that and then a couple good shakes of worcestershire sauce on that. Then I poured a can of tomato soup and 2 cans of diced tomatoes on top of the meat. Put the lid on and cooked on low for 8 hours.

Wendi's chilli recipe (on here)
Ruby Tuesday white chicken chilli (on the internet)
Crockpot beef fajita (on here)

I also like the ricotta cheese "muffins" - with chopped, canned chillis and ham bits in it.

Of course, there is Fage 2% with 1/4 pkg SF pudding mix and 1/4 cup milk - I use cheesecake flavor.

One of my favorites is Atkins chili. The recipe is posted on here somewhere. It's easy to make, high in protein, and very tasty. I usually add a couple of scoops of protein powder to it to give it a little more protein.
