Default Black Bean Casserole
Ingredients:

2 cans black beans, rinsed and drained
1 can tomato sauce
1 onion, diced
2 stalks celery, diced
1 - 2 Tbps. chili powder, according to taste
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine beans, tomato sauce, onion, celery, and chili powder in casserole dish and bake for 35 minutes. Then sprinkle top with cheddar cheese and bake another 10 minutes.
