Talking Chunky Salsa Meatloaf

This is a REALLY REALLY easy recipe as there are only 2 ingredients -- lean turkey ground meat and 1 can of old el paso mild chunky salsa.

Mix half a can of salsa with the turkey chop meat, form into a loaf and then pour a little extra salsa on top. Broil in the oven for at least an hour/until the meat is fully cooked. Comes out super JUICY and DELICIOUS!!! Makes for really nice left-overs too.

It's my new thing right now because I've been having a hard time with meat and have been getting my protein in mostly thru shakes, fage or cottage cheese. This goes down nice and sits really well in my pouch (although I still have to take teeny tiny bites and chew really well).

I love it because it's so stinkin easy to make! Takes 3 or 4 minutes tops and it comes out so moist and juicy. I love it. Enjoy!
