Default Greek Baked Chicken in Yogurt

Greek Baked Chicken in Yogurt

6 medium chicken breasts
salt and pepper
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 large onion
1 pint of Greek yogurt
2 large eggs
3 tablespoons flour
3 ounces crumbled feta cheese
2 tablespoons fresh dill
chopped leaves from 3 - 4 sprigs of mint
3 cloves of garlic
1/2 grated parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Brown chicken in olive oil. When the chicken is browned put it into a baking dish and then brown the chopped onion in the same pan. Once the onion is golden brown add it to the chicken.

Stir together the yogurt, eggs, flour, feta cheese, dill, mint and garlic. Spoon this over the chicken. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and bake for about 45 minutes.
