Thumbs up Strawberry "cheesecake" cups

I finally got some Fage yogurt. OMG is this stuff good. Totally a replacement for sour cream, it tastes IDENTICAL to the good sour cream.

Tonight i wanted something desserty, and tried to make something with the fage.

1/4 cup Fage greek no fat yogurt
2 tbls 50/50 strawberry sugar free jelly
1 tsp vanilla sugar free syrup (or caramel?)
1 tbls sugar free cool whip

no fat, 6 g carbs, and 11 g protein.

I put these in the 1/2 cup containers, stirr it all up mixing well and it does not completely fill the container. It mostly resembles the taste of a strawberry cheesecake, but cleaner tasting.

Mmmmm, I love Fage!

Here's a concoction I made this morning:
8 oz Fage (I actually used Trader Joe's 2% Greek yogurt)
1 T PB2 (powdered peanut butter)
1/4 package fat free sugar free chocolate pudding mix (dry)

Stir it all up, and it tastes like a Reese's Cup. You can add Splenda if you like it sweeter, or a splash of milk if you want it mushier.

I usually eat my Fage plain though. I'm a purist.

I highly recommend the PB2...I ordered it from Netrition.com.

On the Nutrition forum, I posted a review about it. Good stuff, and SO much lower in calories and fat than the "real" stuff.

That sound so good! I guess I need to get some Greek yogurt. Did you use vanilla or plain yogurt.

BTW you can order samples of PB2 for $3.99 (no extra shipping charge). mine are on the way.

Yes, it is the same town where they make Hershey Kisses. Ironic, don't you think?

Fage Total 2% Greek yogurt...it's plain, tastes almost exactly like sour cream, and has like 16 or 17 grams of protein in it. Good stuff!
