I tried it and love it!!

I took the tube and cut the pc. into searving sizes (2oz) then laid them out on wax paper in freezer. When they were hard I put into seperate plastic baggies. Can grab out now when wanting one with an egg. They are 7g protein for 2 oz. / 0 fat / <1 sugar / 60 cal.

There is also a Garlic Portebella Mushroom Burger that is soy which is so yummy! I love em!!
I put in a pan with a couple drops of olive oil and brown both side a bit, then cut an oz. of cheese on top, mmmm so tasty. I eat it plain just as is.
3oz / 6g fat / 0 sugar / 15g protein / 140cal

All these are at Walmart
