Default New way to eat your Fage yogurt!

Hey peeps! I was browsing another WLS forum, and saw this post about eating Fage. This is an AWESOME idea, so I'm sharing it with you all.

In a food processor, combine:
1 large container Greek yogurt (17.6 oz.)
almost half can sugar-free Comstock Cherry pie filling
about 1 scoop Unjury unflavored protein powder
3 or 4 tsp. Benefiber
several packets Splenda

Now, you're probably thinking that the sugar-free Cherry pie filling is loaded with sugar alcohols. A typical assumption for sure, since many sugar free items are. Nope! It's sweetened with Splenda only...absolutely no sugar alcohols in it. The nutritional stats for it are 35 calories per 1/3 cup, 8 carbs, 0 fat.

Since this uses the large container of Fage, it makes quite a bit (probably enough for 3 servings or so)...but I'm sure you could play around with the recipe and make a single serving.

Myself, I'd probably leave out the Benefiber, and maybe the protein powder since Fage is so high in protein anyway.

If you don't have a food processor, you could just stir this all together...but you'll have whole cherries instead of the pulverized version.

Enjoy!
