I recently checked out a book from the library, "3-Ingredient Slow Cooker Comfort Foods", by authors Robert and Carol Hildebrand.
I haven't made this one yet, but it sounds good, and even better, easy!
1 (1 lb) bag frozen Szechuan vegetable blend
2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 (12 oz) bottle Szechuan cooking sauce
Put the vegetables into a saucepan and add 1 cup water. Cook over high heat until boiling. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes and drain well. Put the vegetables into the slow cooker.
Cut the chicken into 1-2 inch pieces and add to the slow cooker. Add the Szechuan cooking sauce. Cook for 2 hours on high or 3 to 4 hours on low.
