Cheesy Chicken, Potato, and Broccoli Bake (EZ Slow Cooker)
I recently checked out a book from the library, "3-Ingredient Slow Cooker Comfort Foods", by authors Robert and Carol Hildebrand.
I haven't made this one yet, but it sounds good, and even better, easy!
2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
3 lbs small red potatoes
1 (16 oz) package broccoli with cheese sauce
Optional: stir in some shredded cheddar for an even cheesier tang.
Cut the chicken into 1-2 inch pieces. Put them into the slow cooker. Cut the potatoes in half and add to the chicken. Add the broccoli and cheese sauce. Cook for 2 to 3 hours on high or 5 to 6 hours on low, stirring after 2 hours.
4 to 6 servings.
