Slow Cooker Layered Mexican Dip
This works best in one of the smaller 1.5 quart slow cookers.
2 (12 oz) cans fat free refried beans, divided
2 (8 oz) packages light cream cheese
1 (16 oz) jar salsa, divided
Spread 1 can of the refried beans on the bottom of the slow cooker. Top with half the cream cheese, then half the salsa. Repeat with the remaining 1 can of beans, 1 package cream cheese, and 8 oz salsa. Cook on high for 1 1/2 hours.
Serve with baked tortillas chips.
