Creamy Jello
1 small package jello (any flavor)
1 cup plain nonfat yogurt (or 1 cup fat free, sugar free yogurt, any flavor)
Dissolve the jello in 1 cup of hot water as the box directions say. Put the yogurt in the bowl you plan to use for the jello and slowly whisk in the jello, stirring with the whisk until no lumps remain, although lumps don't hurt the taste. Chill until set. The yogurt cuts the sweetness of the jello and adds nutrition.
You could use Fage Greek yogurt for this, for added protein. If you use another type of yogurt, feel free to mix and match the flavors.
This is a recipe I made often when I did WW. Some of my favorite combos were vanilla yogurt & orange jello, and strawberry yogurt and strawberry jello.
