Default Sour Cream Lime Chicken

1 cup Greek Yogurt (ex. Fage 2%)
1/2 can diet lemon-lime soda (Sprite)
4 chicken breasts (boneless, skinless)

Saute chicken breasts in small amount of olive oil, until browned. Pour in 1/2 can diet soda and let simmer til cooked through. (The carbonation will cook out of it, so no worries!). Take chicken out of pan, and stir 1 cup Greek yogurt into the juice. Serve chicken with sauce poured on top. Garnish with lime slice.

This sounds really good, Sherry. I'm going to have to give this one a try.

I haven't tried it yet, but it does look good. I used to make something similar, that was called Diet Coke chicken.

MY version uses cream of chicken soup with 1/4 cup white wine! Bake it 1-1/4 hours. Add sour cream to the mix when you take it out of the oven. YUM!

I suppose it has all kinds of stuff in it that are bad for me, too.
