Default Looking for a good WLS friendly sauce/gravy for Chicken or Turkey.

Hiya! Just started phase 4 and I got some chicken that I've shredded up and I'm wondering what you all can suggest for a good sauce or gravy that's friendly with the pouch at this stage! I'm no stranger to the pots and pans so all recipes are welcome.

Thanks

Here in the recipe section there is now a sticky post at the top showing a recipe index link.. maybe you can find something that would work there? Here's that link:

Index of the TT recipes posted..

I personally just use some of the LF/FF gravy sauces that are in jars (like heinz).. usually sold near the spices in my local grocery stores.

I always need some sort of sauce or something to be able to tolerate leftover meats so I keep tomato sauce, a white gravy, turkey, beef & pork gravy all sold in small jars, which work well for me and are cheap and convenient.

Thanks for the link, I'll skim it for some ideas. I was hoping to avoid the jarred gravy hehe I've always made my own gravy and that jarred stuff makes my skin crawl! lol guess it's time for me to come up with my own LF version eh? hehe

Thanks again
