Default Protein Popsicles

On another post, Beth (MiladyB), gave us the link to some awesome recipes. I found this recipe there. It looks really good, so I thought I'd share it with you guys.

To see the rest of the recipes, go here: Bariatric Diet Recipes | Barix Connection Thanks to Beth!

Add gelatin to boiling water. Stir until dissolved. Add cold water, Kool-Aid, Splenda and Nectar; stir until mixed. Pour into 3 oz paper cups and freeze for 20 minutes. Add popsicle sticks and freeze until firm. Peel off paper before eating. Makes 8 popsicles

The thought of sucking on frozen protein would make me vomit for sure!

I'm just weird like that ... easily grossed out when it comes to putting things in my mouth that just aren't 'right' ... you know?!

Yeah, I figured you'd be queasy about things like that Julie.

Seriously though, I have a BAD popsicle addiction. Right now, I'm into the SF creamsicles. I kid you not, I've eaten 6 of them today!

Awwww ... have I told you lately that you're my HERO?!?!?!

And Sherry, I know what you mean about the popsicle thing ... I just finished a no sugar added fudgesicle ... Yummmm ...
And I have no sugar added Dreyer's fruit popsicles too ....

And I noticed you read how I feel about gym's in the "exercise" section! I swear that's how I really feel!
I'm easily freaked out when it comes to putting things in my mouth, and bodily fluids. Except for ... well, uh, you know.
