High protein beans and chicken
1 can Northern beans
1 skinless/boneless chicken breast cooked and cubed
1 t Basil
1 t Parsley
1 T Garlic powder
1 T onion salt
pepper to taste
Mix all ingredients together. Cook on low heat (siimer) for about 10 minutes til beans,chicken and spices blend together well.
Remainder can be frozen. Happy eating.
