Turkey Sausage "soup"
If I'm not eating pulled pork.. I'm probably eating this concoction...
1 package Turkey or Chicken Sausage (chicken has fewer calories)
1 Yellow Squash
1 Zucchini
1 Lg Can Diced Tomatoes
1 Onion
Spice to taste
I am all about a crock pot... I left the spices to your imagination. I just start throwing stuff in a pot until it looks edible. I LOVE this stuff. I just wish my ulcer tolerated spice.. because I'd put some cajun spice in this!
