I actually bought 2 sauces the other is La Choy Garlic Ginger stir fry marinade. I haven't tried it yet. It has the same calories but only 12 carb instead of 14 and less sodium and less grams of sugars. I think I'm going to check out a few more bottled marinades next time I go shopping and see if I can find any that are "weight, sodium and sugar friendly".

Make sure not to add anything but water to the chicken, as the sause is salty due the soy sauce that is in it.

Now I'm anxious to go to the store and see what else I can find.

I think I'm going to make up a couple servings on the weekends and freeze them and take them to work for lunch. It's better tasting than any of the boxed stuff I've tried. We'll see. Have fun experimenting with it!

Sounds great Sharon! I may just have to give this one a try. I actually have all the ingredients in the house!

Thanks for the recipe.

I have Newman's Own Low Fat Sesame Ginger Dressing. I've used it as a marinade and it tastes divine!!
