I have the book too but haven't tried any of the recipes.

I borrowed a diff book from the library called "Before and After" and it has some great recipes in it. There is a website created by the author Susan Marie as well.

It does and they are great!

My favorite is "Green Chile Cheese Puff"
"Shrimp Creole" is really good too.

There are others I want to try but haven't had time.
